Memorial Day

We had a great Memorial Day, on Saturday. We celebrated on Saturday so we could be with Steve's aunt and uncle from Georgia. It was so nice. We had a lot of fun and got to hear a lot of stories from back in the day, some repeats and some new ones we had never heard before. I personally love it. I love keeping the family history alive and we have to do it up big cause Great Grandma Day said so.


This is our family with Great Grandma and Grandpa Day. Every year Steve makes his own tribute to them. They both loved to golf so he places a golf ball on each grave. Grandma's is always pink.


Here is our family with Emily (Steve's lil sister) and Audrey (Emily's Daughter).

This is Brayden with his Great Aunt Afton. She was visiting from Georgia. I was a little surprised. Brayden was pretty much glued to her side the whole day.


After we decorated the graves and paid our respects we went to Aunt Louann's and Uncle George's farm to feed the baby goats. Brayden and Grandma were having lots of fun.


We also got to get some fresh eggs. We ate them the next morning for breakfast and they were so much better than store bought.
