This year started out with Mommy hugely pregnant and super stressed about the housing situation. We were trying to sell our condo and get into a real house. We moved into our house in March with a lease. We had to rent because there were all kinds of problems with the sale of the condo. We moved having faith it was the right thing to do (I do not recommend this, if you can avoid it). When our buyers backed out a week before closing Mary almost went into labor because of a hysterical crying fit. We got new buyers and finally three months, and a new baby boy later the house is ours.
Kian's birth occurred on April Fool's Day. His birth was a joke, I couldn't believe how it happened. If you want more details I will expand on a more personal level. It was defiantly NOT the sweet relaxed spiritual event I was hoping for.
We had a great summer with a newborn to deal with, no sleep, out of control lactation, not to mention mommy's fatness. We did so many fun things ie: car repair, a new floor, a fenced backyard, we ran our of money to do more fun things, oh well...
We held Brayden back from kindergarten because we were concerned about him being ready. After A LOT of testing and research and blah, blah, we figured he would be just fine. He started in late November. He is loving it and can't get enough homework, which is just more work for mom and dad. Mom feels super bad cause she wanted him to have the whole fun experience of going when everyone else did, oh well, again...
Dad is doing the same 'ol thing. Going to work coming home, sleeping in on the weekends, going to work again. We did decide to get a dog. Mom thought she was way more awesome than she really is. She decided she couldn't handle it, made daddy cry and the poor little doggie was found a new home.
The boys drive mommy crazy on a daily basis. There is yelling, stomping, and crying regularly in our house. So this is our year in a nutshell, way less exciting than I originally thought.
We love you all!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Great job - - so proud of the real letter!!! LOVE IT
Childbirth is supposed to be a relaxed, spiritual event?????????
I mean, on your THIRD child you expected it to be relaxed? You must have had it waaay too easy w/ Brayden and TK. Lucky woman!
I didn't know Brayden was in kindergarten!! See, aren't you glad you did a Christmas letter?
I just wanted to wish you a happy birthday today. Love, Tara
